I have this game for the PS2 and was curious what the differences were between the PS2 and PS3 version. I am curious why the PS3 version needs 2600mb of save space when the PS2 version uses next to none.

PLUS the fact that half the downloadable content characters for the PS3 version are available for the PS2 version with cheat codes. Why do PS3 users have to pay for characters that PS2 users get with the game!?! Sounds a bit like a money making scheme to me. Glad I bought the PS2 version! I will get the PS3 version when the price comes down purely for the improved gfx aspect.

I won't be paying for the DLC as I already have most of it with the PS2 version. Great game tho!!

Kanan Jarrus is actually(#s 'a Jedi')Result: RELATED SUBREDDITS. I have been a Force Unleashed fan since I was, like, 11. I didn't have the game, though I played it at a friend's house. I read the comic before getting to play the game, and I found myself really emotional after finishing it - I just knew this was my favourite Star Wars tragedy - better than Darth Vaders fall in ep. 3 which had terrified little me back then.

I was so heartbroken when I found out it was uncanonized, but when Kanan lost his sight I started to really see the similarities with him and Rahm Kota from FU.So my conclusion is: Kanan is the Star Wars Rebels' answer to Rahm Kota. But who is Starkiller then? It would be easy to say Ezra, as he is the only force using main character, and has similarities to the looks of Starkiller. He is also starting to channel the dark side more. I have also heard someone say they thought Starkiller could be an inquisitor, or maybe have his old role as Vader's apprentice. But I think neither of those are true.My theory as to who Starkiller is: Darth Maul. NOW HEAR ME OUT!!We all know they won't use the names of the characters of FU.

Star Wars The Force Awakens

Rahm Kota cannot be anyone but Kanan, and while being similar to him (hating clones, gone low since clone wars ended etc), Kanan is a reimagining of Kota. The similarities between Darth Maul and Galen Marek/Starkiller: None of them remember their past life (Maul saying he doesn't remember his name before 'Maul'). They don't know their name, only the dark side of the force. They are both against Rebels and Stormtroopers - operating solo and most importantly. Maul is who made Kota (Kanan) blind. How would this work out then?Maul said he wanted to find hope in the holocrons in s:3e:3. What did he really want to achieve? He is lost, he has nothing.

He was betrayed by his master and is operating entirely solo now. He don't know who he is, not in an amnesia-like way, but more like a personality crisis. Who else found himself in that spot?

That's right. When we see Maul again (speculations begin now), he will start to search for his repressed self. He will discover that he can't trust the dark side anymore and will seek help from his once-enemy: Rahm Kota, Kanan. He will be trained in the Light side, while still using the Dark, and he will seek out Vader again (maybe after the Ghost's crew are captured and taken to the Death Star with the emperor). Things will proceed like in Force Unleashed, Maul sacrificing himself and saving the rebels. It all makes sense to make Maul the reincarnation of Starkiller. I see no better option!.

Darth Maul In Star Wars The Force Unleashed

I still stand by the point I made to a friend when they had the Maul trailer for the Season 2 finale: Crazy Maul is the best Maul. I love it when Maul's insanity starts to creep past his manipulations, as it has in a few of the episodes. It shows that he is scarred by his past, not only from his years on the run from the Empire and the Inquisitors, but also from his years in isolation on that junk planet in the Clone Wars. Also this single-minded focus on Obi-Wan, to the point that he is willing to risk his life for even a chance at finding where Kenobi is hiding.

I mean, obviously Starkiller was going to be removed from play somehow in the third game we never got. Honestly, the force unleashed was a really fun game with a fun story. I love starkiller, and going around hunting jedi as him was something that i hadnt experienced in Star Wars before. The similarities between both are either allusion or coincidence, and as more of a fan of The Force Unleashed than Rebels ( Rebels is great too guys, S2 finale, 👌) i would just rather have a recanonization than to grasp at inklings of rhymes ( It's like poetry ).But Rebels is telling a completely different story with different characters who have different motivations. I dont think it does either entity justice to squabble over comparisons because Rebels and the Force Unleashed are just two completely different flavors and attitudes within Star wars. To do so would dilute the other of its uniqueness.
